T.B. Joshua: found to have shell company registered in British Virgin islands
Pastor Temitope Joshua, leader of the Synagogue Church of All Nations miserably failed to shake off accusations that he has hidden assets with  the busted Panamian law firm Mossack Fonseca.

After initially denying having an affair with the law firm and setting up a shell company, Premium Times, a partner of the German newspaper that leaked the Panama Papers to the world, has published four documents linking the preacher and miracle worker to Mossack.

The documents showed that Joshua has a link with Chillion Consultancy Limited, a company registered at  the British Virgin Island (BVI), a notorious tax haven.

The shell company  was incorporated in BVI on June 20, 2006.

The pastor  had posted a statement on his church’s Facebook Page, denying ownership of the company and suggesting the report was fabricated to pull him down.

Now the documents  show that Mr. Joshua and his wife are owners of Chillion Consultancy.

The documents include Certificate of incumbency which shows the company as being in good standing at least until December 13, 2006, Register of members, Register of Directors and Case Details – Shareholders/members of the company.

The documents show that while incorporating the company, Mr. Joshua or his agent provided Mossack Fonseca with details of his valid passport at the time with which he was identified in all transactions related to him and the company.

Joshua joins the league of other Nigerians who have been mentioned in the leaked papers. Others are Senate President Bukola Saraki, his wife, Toyin, Senator David Mark, Lt. General Theophilus Danjuma, Mr. Folorunso Coker, Lagos state commissioner for Tourism. Also mentioned is Dan Etete, a former oil minister.
