The Lagos State government website has been hacked. A visit to the website URL, www.lagosstate.gov.ng showed that it has been hacked truly by an Islamic group who claimed they were protesting the killings of Muslims and innocent people across the world.
Read the message that appeared on the screen. It says,
“In the name of God, message to Nigerian Government and State Sponsors of Terrorism (USA, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar): Boko Haram and ISIS are terrorists. “They are killing Muslims and innocent people because of your dirty money. Hey Nigeria Government, you killed thousands of Muslims and specially Zakzaky’s family too. You are all terrorists. You are all murderers, God damn you. “Allahu maulana wala mula lakum,” the statement added.
The Government Information Technology experts are working tirelessly to rescue the situation.
