Documents by the petitioner, Prince Dapo Abiodun admitted. "Documents brought by petitioner on Omo Ilu Foundation not relevant and annoying to bring to court." - Judge. 

"Issue of disqualification, indictment of respondent has no relevance to the tribunal".  "No matter how we feel about drug trafficking, we have no business with that." 

"Corrupt practices could not be proven. No linkage with the respondents. Generally all the allegations were not proved." even where the corrupt practices were proved, the votes were not supplied. No job done"! The challenge is that the Tribunal does not know the votes. The petitioner could not establish the allegations. Unaccounted-for ballot papers do not affect the election because petitioner did not show how that affected the election. On the issue of over voting, petitioner did not tendered all the voters' registers in the nine LGs, only six were tendered. 

Margin between lawful votes is 5, 179 votes, in favor of the respondent. 

JUDGEMENT:  

Tribunal nullifies Prince Buruji Kashamu's election, orders rerun in 110 poling units within 90days.
