Update on State of Osun Election Tribunal read thus.

Paper for 2011 general election for Alimosho local govt in Lagos state was found in Osogbo local govt ward 03.
Iddo local govt and Ibadan north local govt ballot paper for 2011 general election was found in Osogbo local govt ward 4 and 5.
Used ballot paper for Edo state was found in Osogbo local govt ward 6 and 7.
22 poling units and 4 voting point in Ayedaade local govt were rigged.
16 polling units and 4 voting points were rigged in Atakumosa west lg.
23 polling unit and 18 voting points were rihgged in Boripe lg.
75 polling unit and 2 voting points were rigged in Ede north lg.
53 polling units and 10 voting points were rigged in Ede south lg.
9 wards 50 polling units and 9 voting points were rigged in Ejigbo lg.
54 polling units were rigged in Ifedayo.
11 wards 69 polling units and 3 voting points were rigged in Ilesa East lg.
9 wards 29 polling units and 6 voting points were rigged in Ilesa west.
70 polling units and 4 voting points were rigged in Irepodun.
11 wards,85 polling units and 8 voting points were rigged in Irewole.
8 wards,52 polling unit and 4 voting points were rigged in Iwo.
30 polling units and 4 voting points were rigged in Obokun.
10 wards,19 polling units and 2 voting points were rigged in Olaoluwa.
11 wards,86 polling units and 58 voting points were rigged in Olorunda.
7 wards,30 polling unit,and 4 voting points were rigged in Oriade.
15 wards,153 polling units and 46 voting points were rigged in Osogbo. .

The Expert Witness hired by the Petitioner Iyiola Omisore is in the box. The Counsel to PDP Charles Uche SAN sought to tender the comprehensive analysis report of statistical data of the results of August 9th Governorship Election in all the 17 local governments being challenged. This report of the expert is likely to set aside all the illegal votes of the Respondents I.e Rauf Aregbesola in excess of 300 votes where voting points are not created in line with the INEC manual should the court agree in the end. Upon realising the dangers this expert documents are likely to cause to his Client, Counsel to INEC Mr Ogunleye argued that the expert documents be disallowed because in his view it was a computer generated document that is against the evidence act. Counsel to Iyiola Omisore objected and wondered why Counsel should go against computer typed documents when Aregbesola himself have written many computer generated and typed letters to the court. The Tribunal adopted the expert reports against the prayer of Counsel. Femi Falana SAN standing for Aregbesola had to begged the court for additional time above stipulated 20 minutes when it dawn that it is no longer a joke. The Tribunal refused to give Falana bogus time but added 2 extra minutes. The known counsel to the APC had to automatically step down for a more experienced Lawyer Professor Osibanjo SAN when it was getting clear that the boys are being separated from Men.
Up till now, Omisore’s Expert Statistician Mr Oduntan is appearing bold and stable proofing all the Professors and SANs wrong.
It is being explained that most of the areas where APC won were against the INEC manual or guide as prepared by The DG of INEC Electoral Institute Alhaji momoh on page 5 of the INEC manual. Many forms which were not signed until the inspection began are found to be signed through the back door according to Odunjo.
