The Senate caucus rose from an emergency meeting today threatening to paralyse governance and make governance ungovernable for President Goodluck Jonathan for refusing to pay their allowances since July 2014..
They said the attempt by the Federal Government to withhold their allowances was geared towards crippling them financially as the general election reaches a crescendo .They vowed to use everything within their power including impeachment proceedings to make sure all that is due them is paid immediately..
The Presidency is yet to react to the threat as at the time of going to press..
