A deafening twin explosion has shaken Maiduguri, capital of Borno State in Nigeria’s troubled North-East region. A report from Maiduguri said the explosions, believed to be the handiwork of Boko haram terrorists, went off around 7 O’clock this morning.
It is not yet clear if there were casualties. If confirmed, this would be the third bombing camping this week by Boko Haram,
