Our correspondent learnt that not less than 17 of them were affected in the exercise.
Buhari made the development known to the affected persons at a meeting he had with them inside the Presidential Villa on Tuesday.
They were led to the closed-door meeting by the acting Head of Service.
The exercise is coming about 24hours before the inauguration of ministers.
