Troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested another suspected Boko Haram insurgent, who was declared wanted by the military authorities last week.
The Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, said in a statement on Monday that the suspected terrorist identified as Ishaku Wardifen was arrested by soldiers of the 23 Brigade Special Battalion at a checkpoint in Maiha, Adamawa State.
Usman said the arrested terror suspect was a Camerounian listed as the 22nd suspect in the list of 100 suspects declared wanted by the the Nigerian Army.
The Acting Army Spokesman said the suspect had been handed over to the Military Intelligence for further interrogation.
