NIGERIA - Maiduguri: Barely one week after inauguration, throwing of bomb has now become incessant especially in the nothern part of Nigeria.
Maiduguri has been known to be the headquarter of Boko Haram. Bomb explosion is as common as pure water sachet in recent time in the state capital of Borno.
A suicide bomber has detonated a bomb again at a popular market (also known as cow market) in Maiduguri, Borno State in the evening of Saturday.
According to a source who pleaded anonymity disclosed that the explosion went off around 4pm while the rain was still falling.
Some sources suggested that the strikes may be associated with the order given to the military by President Muhammadu Buhari to relocate Military Defense to Maiduguri while delivering his inaugural speech.
