The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Muhammadu Buhari has issued his first tweet from his official handle, since winning the mandate of his party.

In his first tweet, the candidate thanked his supporters and volunteers and all who have supported his campaign and spread his messages through different handles. 

This follows his message speaking directly to Nigeria’s youth in the country’s major newspapers today.

The candidate’s social media handles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube are @thisisbuhari. His official URL iswww.thisisbuhari.com. On Twitter, his handle is breaking a record, achieving over 26,000 followers in less than 24 hours
